About Nexo Travel
We are a UK travel agency that still answers the phone. Booking a flight should not mean shouting at a chatbot when something goes wrong.
Who we are
Nexo Travel Limited has been arranging travel from the UK since 2014 — 12 years of getting people to weddings, funerals, business meetings, first holidays and long-overdue visits home. We are based at 447 Great West Road, Hounslow, a few minutes from Heathrow, and we book flights, holidays, hotels and transfers worldwide.
Most of what we sell is long-haul: India, Pakistan, West and East Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Those are the routes where fares move the most, where baggage allowances matter, and where a missed connection is a very expensive mistake. It is also where an agent who knows the airlines is worth considerably more than a search box.
How we actually work
You search, you see a fare, and then a person checks it. That is the part most online travel agents removed and we kept. Before a ticket is issued someone confirms the fare is still live, the routing makes sense, the connection time is legal and the baggage allowance is what you expected.
It means we are occasionally slower than a pure self-service site. It also means far fewer people arrive at an airport to discover something is wrong.
Your money is protected
Nexo Travel when selling travel arrangements is a trading name of The Midcounties Co-operative Ltd. Nexo Travel Limited is an Accredited Body Member of Midcounties Co-operative Travel Consortium. We hold ABTA P7465 and ATOL 11016.
In plain terms: when your booking is ATOL protected, the money you pay is covered if we stopped trading, and you would not be stranded abroad. Not every booking type is covered by ATOL — which ones are is set out on our financial protection page.

What we are not
We are not the cheapest on every route, every day. A fare we hold on a scheduled carrier with 30kg of baggage will sometimes lose to a low-cost airline selling a seat and nothing else. If the lowest possible number is the only thing that matters for your trip, that is a perfectly reasonable way to book — it is just not what we are for.
What we are for is the trip where the details matter: long-haul with a connection, travelling with children or elderly parents, a lot of luggage, a date that might move, or a destination you would rather not troubleshoot alone at 2am.
