Have this ready and it will be quicker
Whether you call or email, these three things let us pull up your trip immediately instead of asking you to spell your surname twice:
- Your booking reference — six characters, on your confirmation email and your e-ticket.
- The lead passenger's surname — exactly as it appears on the passport used to book.
- The departure date, if you have more than one trip with us.
Not booked yet?
You do not need any of that. Call and tell us where you want to go, roughly when, and how many of you there are — we will do the rest. If you would rather look first, search live fares and ring us with a flight in mind.
If something has gone wrong
Call us first — most problems are fixable the same day. If we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, we are an Accredited Body Member of the Midcounties Co-operative Travel Consortium under ABTA P7465, and ABTA operates an independent dispute resolution scheme.
