Travelling in the next 48 hours?

Do not use the form — call 020 4621 8999. Anything close to departure needs to be done live with the airline, and a form sitting in an inbox is time you do not have.

What happens after you send it

Your request goes to the team that handles that type of booking, not a general inbox. You will get an acknowledgement immediately, and a person will come back to you with either the answer or a clear next step.

For changes and cancellations, the answer usually involves the airline's rules rather than ours, so we will tell you exactly what the carrier allows, what it costs, and what we would do in your position.

Include these and it will be faster

  • Booking reference — on your confirmation email.
  • Lead passenger surname, spelled as on the passport.
  • What you want to happen, not just what is wrong. “Move us to the 14th if it is under £150 each” gets a decision; “need to change dates” gets a question back.

Making a complaint

Tell us first — use the general enquiry option above or call. If we cannot put it right, ABTA operates an independent dispute resolution scheme, and our membership number is P7465. Section 19 of the booking conditions sets out how it works.

Would rather just talk to someone?

Our care team can see your booking while you are on the phone.
